Why should I hire an event coordinator?

A coordinator handles as much or little as you would like, reducing your stress level and day-of worries!  Because we come to the job with a wealth of knowledge, clients may end up saving money by hiring us — and will without question save time, stress, and the frustration of trying to run your own wedding.  That alone is priceless.

Do you accept kickbacks from vendors?

No.  We customize our vendor recommendations to each client’s needs and desires.

How many events do you coordinate each day?

We only take one event per weekend to maximize service quality.

How many event planners do you have?

Three, all with different strengths and talents.  We work together to ensure that each client’s unique event is planned and executed according to their vision, budget, and taste.

I have a small budget.  Can I hire a planner?

Yes.  We keep our prices reasonable so we can help couples with many budget types.  Our day-of package is just $1000, and we can customize a quote that will work for your needs and budget!

Do you have any ideas to make my wedding unique?

We have tons of ideas!  Part of our job is brainstorming to develop unique ideas to reflect a couple’s personalities, likes, and we are also familiar with traditional approaches.  Your event will be memorable — and yours alone!

Do you plan non-wedding events?

Yes!  We love events and will work with you to create the ideal party, conference, bat mitzvah, talent show…the possibilities are endless and EQ brings the benefits of professional planning to each event!
