Casey Dokoupil

Casey’s wedding day

Casey has worked in the not-for-profit community for over ten years, with group and task management as the cornerstone of her skill set. She currently serves as vice-chair of a local non-profit, managing major fundraising events throughout the year. As a registered wedding officiant in Virginia and Washington, DC, she also offers personal, approachable ceremonies to make your wedding day yours alone.

Casey is an animal lover and is active in the local community. Travel is one of her biggest passions, but at home she enjoys a hot cup of tea and spending time with her beloved wife and pets.

Rachel Leyco

Rachel’s wedding day

Rachel Leyco has over 10 years of experience planning and implementing a broad range of large- and small-scale events. Her diverse experience includes recreational programming, non-profit development events, concert productions, weddings, receptions and large-scale festivals.

Rachel enjoys spending time with her wife, son and two dogs at their home in the Midlothian area. When she’s not planning events she performs locally as an acoustic singer-songwriter.

Linda McCurdy

Linda’s wedding day

Linda is an accomplished event planner who earned her CMP in 2010 and her CAE in 2016. She has been planning events for over 20 years, focusing mainly in non-profit events, annual meetings and multi-day conferences. She handles details from site selections, budget development, contract negotiation, food and beverage planning; to vendor and speaker management for multi-day events.

Linda’s creative outlet for the last 20 years has been wedding planning for friends and family. Her experience ranges from the small intimate wedding to large 150+ attendee weddings. She has managed all aspects of these events and is the go to person for your event needs.
